Terms of Service
These Terms describe how you may use CauseTrack, including organisation accounts, subscription plans, and service access rules.
These Terms are provided by Causetrack (legal business name).
1. Use of the Service
CauseTrack is provided for organisations to record incidents, manage investigations, and track corrective actions. You are responsible for how you and your organisation use the product and for the accuracy of any data you enter.
2. Your Account and Organisation
Access to CauseTrack is invite-only. Each organisation has an administrator responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and managing access. You agree not to share login credentials and to keep your account secure.
3. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
CauseTrack may offer a free trial and paid plans with different quota limits. After a trial ends, a paid plan is required to continue full access. Plan changes and downgrades are subject to applicable quota limits.
If you cancel a subscription, auto-renewal stops and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use CauseTrack to violate applicable law, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorised access to other organisations' data.
5. No Regulatory or Legal Advice
CauseTrack does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the product complies with all laws and regulations that apply to your organisation.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep CauseTrack available and reliable, but we may update, change, or suspend parts of the service from time to time. We will avoid breaking changes without notice whenever we reasonably can.
