Data Processing Agreement
CauseTrack can provide a Data Processing Agreement for customers who need processor terms in place. The DPA is handled directly with the customer rather than published as a signed public form.
Requesting a DPA
To request a DPA, email privacy@causetrack.com with your company name, primary contact, and any procurement or legal requirements.
Scope
The DPA is intended to cover CauseTrack's role as a processor for customer data entered into the service, along with standard contractual terms covering subprocessors, security measures, and deletion or return of data at the end of the relationship.
