Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, plan changes, and refunds are handled for CauseTrack.
Free plan and paid plans
CauseTrack includes a permanent Free plan for small teams, alongside paid plans with higher limits and premium capabilities.
Downgrades and quota limits
You may downgrade your plan if your usage is within the lower plan's quota limits. If your usage exceeds those limits, you may need to reduce usage before the downgrade can take effect.
Cancellation and access period
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops automatic renewal, and your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refunds
Because access remains active for the paid billing period after cancellation, subscription charges are generally non-refundable and non-prorated.
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law.
