New organisations start on the Free plan automatically. Free includes 5 users, 1 active form, 1 GB of attachment storage, 1 year of audit retention, comments, audit logs, and CSV export. No credit card is required to start.

What does the user limit mean for each plan?

Each plan allows a maximum number of active members in your organisation. Free supports 5 users; Starter 15, Scale 50, Growth 100, and Enterprise custom users. Invites count toward the limit once accepted.

What counts as an active form?

Accepted Answer

An active form is a form that has been published and can receive reports. Draft and archived forms do not count toward your plan limit. You can archive a form when it's no longer needed to free capacity for a new one.

Are sites and business areas limited?

No. Sites and business areas are unlimited on every plan. Upgrades are driven by users, storage, audit retention, active forms, and premium management features.

What is audit retention?

Audit retention is how long we keep your organisation's audit logs in-app. Free keeps 1 year; Starter and Scale keep 5 years; Growth keeps 10 years; Enterprise is custom. Older logs are removed automatically, so export what you need before the retention window ends.

Core workflows stay available on every plan, including reporting, investigations, actions, attachments, comments, audit logs, and exports. The report generator starts on Starter. Advanced analytics and AI root cause analysis start on Scale. Bulk creation/import and bulk assignment start on Growth.
